You can learn more about us here: About The Role We’re looking for an experienced Technical Lead to join our Trideca delivery team and help design, build, and deliver a high‑performing fintech service . As the Technical Lead, you’ll guide the engineering team, shape delivery quality, and ensure alignment between architecture, design, and implementation . You’ll be hands‑on in development while also mentoring engineers, maintaining a strong focus on quality, scalability, and performance . Key Responsibilities Lead a cross‑functional engineering team through the design, build, and delivery phases of complex backend systems. Ensure high standards in code quality, architecture design, and technical execution. Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate solution designs into high‑performing software. Oversee API and service design, focusing on event‑driven and microservices architectures. Promote best practices in DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud automation. Provide technical mentorship and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Essential Skills & Experience 10+ years of software engineering experience, with strong hands‑on expertise in Golang, microservices, and AWS. Proven ability to lead engineering teams through end‑to‑end solution delivery. Strong understanding of API architecture, event‑driven systems, and DevOps practices. Demonstrated experience producing scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions. Skilled in technical design reviews, solution validation, and guiding best practices across teams. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across both technical and non‑technical groups. Nice to Have Experience working in fintech or other large‑scale enterprise environments. Exposure to React, GraphQL, or full‑stack delivery contexts. Familiarity with CI/CD automation, infrastructure‑as‑code, and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). Key Outcomes Lead and deliver high‑quality services on time and to standard.
