About Us Atom Resources are working alongside a premium residential joinery company renowned for craftsmanship, attention to detail, and bespoke design solutions. Working closely with leading architects, builders, and interior designers, we deliver exceptional joinery for luxury homes across Sydney. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a skilled CAD Drafter to join our dynamic team. The Role As the CAD Drafter, you will play a key part in transforming design concepts into detailed technical drawings for production. You’ll collaborate closely with our designers, project managers, and workshop team to ensure every project is delivered with accuracy and excellence. Key Responsibilities Produce high‑quality CAD drawings for custom residential joinery Interpret architectural plans and convert them into manufacturing‑ready documents Liaise with designers, builders, and internal teams to clarify project requirements Maintain accuracy and consistency across all drawings and design files Review and revise drawings based on project feedback Support continuous improvement in drawing standards and workflows Skills & Experience Proven experience as a CAD Operator or Draftsperson in joinery, shopfitting, or cabinetry Strong proficiency in Cabinet Vision (latest version preferred) Solid understanding of joinery construction methods and materials Ability to read and interpret architectural plans Trade background is highly regarded but not essential Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Why Join Us?
