Health, Safety & Environmental Administrator Thales, Rydalmere, New South Wales, Australia We are looking for a Health, Safety & Environmental Administrator to provide efficient administrative support to the HSE function. The role will be integral to Thales’ Underwater Systems, Avionic and Secure Communications business lines (UVX). Key Activities and Responsibilities Maintain and assist with HSE management systems, accreditation, legislation and plans. Maintain and improve HSE documentation (SharePoint knowledge essential). Maintain and coordinate training, competency, and inductions. Manage HSE reporting databases and communicate/ monitor corrective action completion. Manage HSE correspondence, communications and shared inboxes. Support business wellness and health monitoring programs. Support HSRs and business HSE committee meetings. General administration associated with claims and injury management. Produce presentations, documents, and meeting minutes as required. Collate information, produce and cascade reports (delegating when appropriate). Key Knowledge and Experience Certificate IV in WHS preferred but not essential. Excellent communication skills and relationship building (internal and external) is paramount. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite (including SharePoint). Practical experience in ISO HSE Management Systems. Practical experience in Competency Management Systems and training coordination. Practical experience in SharePoint and online database management. Demonstrated time management skills and high attention to detail. Ability to adapt to new challenges quickly and efficiently. Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem‑solving with strong decision‑making capability. Highly resourceful team‑player, also extremely effective independently.
