As our practice continues to grow, we are looking for talented lawyers at all levels to join our Mackay office. About the Role We are seeking Commercial or Property Lawyers with experience ranging from junior through to senior levels. You’ll work across a diverse mix of matters, with the level of complexity tailored to your experience. This role offers above-market remuneration and genuine opportunities for career progression for the right candidate, including mentoring, autonomy, and the potential to step into leadership responsibilities as you grow. Depending on your experience, your work may include: Commercial transactions and advisory work Property development, leasing, and conveyancing Business acquisitions and restructures Rural property matters Drafting contracts, agreements, and commercial documents Advising a wide range of private, corporate, and agricultural clients About You A qualified Solicitor with experience in commercial law, property law, or both Strong drafting and analytical skills Excellent communication and client‑management abilities Sound judgement and attention to detail A proactive, professional approach and ability to manage competing deadlines A team player who enjoys collaborating with colleagues and building strong relationships We welcome applications from junior, intermediate, and senior lawyers.
