We are looking for a passionate and experienced Head Chef to join our team. We offer a dynamic and professional work environment. About the role This is a Full‑Time position and the tasks and duties will include, but are not limited to: Supervise the kitchen day‑to‑day operations Ensure all food is prepared as per food preparation requirements Ensure meals are produced on time, and sufficient quantities are available Maintain stock levels of all kitchen supplies Oversee and supervise all kitchen staff Ensure all staff are aware of their duties and what is expected of them Teach new staff skills they require to perform their roles to the required standard Delegate duties to kitchen staff as per the menu requirements Oversee and monitor the work of the kitchen staff to ensure all tasks are done as required Skills and experience At least 6 years' work experience in the same role or closely related Experience and success in equivalent job roles Thorough knowledge of Italian cuisine and of how to make fresh pasta Punctual, organised and trustworthy Professional appearance Ability to manage other people Ability to motivate staff Ability to solve problems Willingness to take initiative and make decisions #J-18808-Ljbffr
