Ambu Innovation is currently looking for an Innovation Process Specialist to join our global Innovation PMO Department. In our team, we have a diverse group of experienced Innovation Process Specialists across three countries, each with their own expertise, but with the common goal of creating and improving effective and efficient processes for the development and maintenance of our medical-device products. As Process Owner – Development of Medical Devices, you will bring your expertise to strengthen our team and play a central role in shaping the way Ambu develops and maintains medical devices. Key responsibilities Co‑Ownership of product development and lifecycle management processes within our Quality Management System Evolving the R&D processes to enhance their effectiveness and efficiency while ensuring compliance. Carrying out trainings and offering consulting for the rest of the R&D organization on working according to the Product Development processes Audit preparation and support regarding the Product Development processes Suggested candidate profile Over 2 years of experience in the development of medical devices A comprehensive understanding of the regulatory and quality requirements when developing medical devices Experience in writing SOPs or similar quality documentation Fluency in English Excellent communication, collaboration and presentation skills A mindset for quality, efficiency and optimization Knowledge of ISO 13485 Ambu – a visionary and international workplace where your efforts matter Ambu is a company that expands rapidly and has ambitious growth targets.
