Responsibilities Provide residents with high‑quality, respectful dining services. Coordinate meal services, servery, buffets, and beverage stations. Ensure food is served at the correct temperature and in line with residents’ care plans. Maintain a clean and welcoming dining area, kitchenette and equipment. Assist with hydration monitoring and special events. Work collaboratively with team members to run the household, focusing on resident needs and preferences. Qualifications A heart and passion for providing high‑quality care to the elderly. Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with residents and their families. Commitment to respecting the values, customs, preferences and spiritual beliefs of residents. Cert III in Aged Care, Food Safety or similar (desirable but not essential). Warm, empathetic interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in residents’ wellbeing. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Strong time‑management skills and attention to detail.
