Construction Administration Contracts + HR Officer Construction Administration & Accounts Officer Temporary / Fixed-Term Contract Perth, WA Gorilla Construction WA Pty Ltd is a growing construction business delivering high-quality residential, commercial, and insurance works across Perth. We are seeking an experienced Admin/Business support to provide temporary coverage within our office team. This role is offered on a fixed-term contract while we finalise internal role requirements. About the Role You will play a key role in supporting the financial, administrative, and contract functions of the business, working closely with the Director and Project Management team. Key Responsibilities Accounts & Administration Assisting accounts with budgets/PL Invoice review and accuracy checks Administration Job setup and administration Client and contractor invoicing/ Contracts Supporting project managers with cost control and documentation Ensuring Buildertrend data integrity and accuracy HR & Compliance Administering HR processes via BrightHR Maintaining employee records Supporting onboarding, contracts, and compliance documentation Assisting with leave tracking and HR reporting Supporting compliance with Fair Work obligations Contract Administration Supporting construction contract/Safety documentation Managing variations and approvals Assisting with progress claims and payment schedules Maintaining organised project and contract records Liaising with subcontractors and consultants as required Business Support Assisting the director with business support/tasks About You (Essential Requirements) Good with technology Previous experience working for a building or construction company is essential Proven experience in an accounts and/or contract administration role within the construction industry Strong working knowledge of Xero and Buildertrend Experience using HR platforms (BrightHR preferred) Highly organised with strong attention to detail Confident communicator able to liaise with management, subcontractors, and clients Concise communications Able to work autonomously, meet deadlines, and handle sensitive information Contract Details Fixed‑term contract Immediate start Office-based rolePotential for extension subject to business requirements Instagram: gorilla_constructionWebsite: #J-18808-Ljbffr
