About the Role We are currently seeking a full‑time staff member to join our Warehouse team at Derrimut, VIC 3026 and Hoppers Crossing, VIC 3029 as a Forklift Driver/ Warehouse Assistant. The primary purpose of this position is to support the day‑to‑day operations of the warehouse. Although some forklift driving is required, the role is predominantly focused on general warehouse duties. Responsibilities include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and managing, organising and retrieving stock in the warehouse. Key Responsibilities & Duties General Warehousing Receiving of stock Stock control Unloading trucks Checking in stock and putting stock away Picking goods Manual labour duties as required. Lifting / Handling of 20kg+ Requirements Previous warehouse experience in a fast‑paced high demand environment Current valid Australian Forklift License (LF) and Experience Current valid Australian Drivers License Ability to work autonomously Regularly lift and/or move objects up to 25kgs safely A sense of urgency and commitment to the job Ability to take responsibility for own tasks and duties Excellent communication skills Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and work stations neat.
