This role is pivotal in shaping the product's global market presence, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of the mining industry. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the global product strategy for Pitram, aligning with market demands and technological advancements. Product Development Collaboration: Work closely with in-house development teams to guide the evolution of Pitram, ensuring it remains at the forefront of mine control technology. Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities and threats, informing product positioning and development. Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies, including pricing, marketing, and sales enablement, to drive product adoption and growth. Annual Release Planning: Oversee the planning and execution of annual product releases, ensuring timely delivery of new features and enhancements. R&D Oversight: Lead research and development initiatives to innovate and integrate emerging technologies, such as AI and IoT, into Pitram's offerings. About You: Industry Expertise: Extensive experience in the mining industry, with a deep understanding of mine operations and control systems. Technical Acumen: Strong background in software products, preferably in enterprise or industrial technology solutions. Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to craft and execute effective product strategies that drive business growth. Collaborative Leadership: Excellent interpersonal skills, with a track record of working effectively across cross-functional teams.
