This role is the perfect blend of reception, admin, and sales — designed for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people, staying organised, and helping customers make confident decisions. You’ll be the first face and voice people meet, and the person who sets the tone for the exceptional service that Pro Class Tint is known for. The Role: Reception & Customer Experience Specialist Your primary responsibility is to warmly guide customers through their journey — from first enquiry to booking. You’ll balance welcoming customers at the front desk with confidently handling inbound leads, following up, and converting enquiries into sales. If you love connecting with people and enjoy helping them make decisions, this role will feel incredibly rewarding. Day-to-Day Includes: Greeting customers and making them feel genuinely welcomed Managing inbound leads via phone, SMS, social media and online enquiries Asking the right questions to understand customer needs Recommending the right tint or service packages Following up quotes and leads to secure bookings Maintaining an organised and professional reception area Scheduling jobs and supporting the team with light admin duties Helping deliver a customer experience that stands out from anything else in the industry ⭐ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to guide customers through their options with confidence Strong admin and organisational habits Proactive, reliable and able to handle multiple tasks without stress A natural people-person who enjoys meaningful customer interactions Someone driven to convert enquiries into bookings A team-first mindset with a love for creating positive experiences READY TO APPLY?
