Mind Health Care aims to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals and the community. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Geelong, VIC, for a Psychologist. The primary responsibilities include conducting psychological assessments, providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, and supporting clients in their mental health journey. The Psychologist will create and implement treatment plans, carry out counseling sessions, and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and optimal outcomes for patients. Qualifications Strong expertise in Psychology and Mental Health, including a deep understanding of therapeutic approaches and mental health conditions. Experience in Counseling and Psychological Assessment to provide personalized care and develop tailored treatment plans for clients. Background knowledge or experience in Medicine that contributes to a holistic approach to mental health care is advantageous. Possession of relevant professional qualifications and accreditation in Psychology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate with team members effectively. Proven ability to manage caseloads efficiently while maintaining high standards of care. Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated on advancements in mental health practices.
