Responsibilities The Role Reporting to the Senior Manager (Corporate Finance), this is a high-exposure position that blends transaction execution, strategic finance, and commercial analysis. You will: Support corporate finance and strategy initiatives, including M&A, partnerships, and capital raising. Maintain and enhance the corporate financial model to inform funding requirements, capital allocation, and decision-making. Contribute to transaction execution across equity, debt, and strategic partnerships — including structuring, due diligence, and negotiations. Prepare board and investor materials, quarterly reports, and commercial analyses related to growth and capital deployment. Provide feasibility and commercial insight on new development proposals and existing pipeline projects. Assist in strategic market mapping and research across AI, cloud, and digital infrastructure segments. Qualifications Desired Skills, Qualifications & Competencies Degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, Engineering, or related field. 2–6 years’ experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or transaction advisory, ideally within infrastructure/renewables, or capital-intensive industries. Advanced financial modelling skills across full 3-way statements (required). Experience with valuation and transaction work across infrastructure, renewables, or digital assets. Familiarity with M&A due diligence and negotiations. Strong communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to distil complex analysis into clear insights. #J-18808-Ljbffr
