The Role As our Assistant Sales Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving store success through operational excellence, team leadership, and customer engagement. Your Mission: Collaborate with the store leadership team to achieve daily and weekly targets, monitor sales performance, and implement strategies that drive success. Ensure the store consistently looks flawless and operations run smoothly, from counter service to shift transitions, maintaining excellence at every step. Help oversee daily operations, including managing rosters, visual merchandising, and inventory, ensuring a seamless customer experience every time. Assist in coaching, inspiring, and leading the team to exceed individual goals, fostering a culture of growth and achievement that drives store success. Create a vibrant, high-energy team environment, motivating every team member to perform at their best while maintaining a safe and enjoyable workplace.
