Molon Labe Souvlaki Bar, a popular Greek restaurant in Reservoir VIC 3073, is seeking a part-time Fast food Crew Member to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and preparing high-quality fast food dishes to delight our loyal patrons. What you'll be doing Taking and processing customer orders in a fast-paced environment Preparing and cooking a variety of fast food items such as souvlaki, gyros, and sides Maintaining a clean and organised work area to ensure food safety and hygiene standards Providing friendly and attentive customer service to ensure a positive dining experience Assisting with general kitchen duties, including stock rotation and replenishment Adhering to all relevant health, safety, and food handling regulations What we’re looking for Prior experience in a fast-paced food service or hospitality environment Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a team Good communication and problem‑solving skills Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays A current Food Handling Certificate or willingness to obtain one What we offer At Molon Labe Souvlaki Bar, we pride ourselves on creating a supportive and inclusive work environment.
