About the Role We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and flexible Shift Maintenance Fitter to join our team at the recently rebuilt Lismore Ice Cream Factory. In this role, you will be responsible for the ongoing delivery of preventative and corrective maintenance as part of the factory’s maintenance team. This is a full‑time, permanent position that requires the ability to work a flexible roster, including after‑hours call‑outs as needed.
