What You’ll Be Doing : Building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to create a seamless recruitment experience. Partner with hiring managers to complete job briefs, sourcing, shortlisting, assessments, compliance checks, and offer negotiations. Leverage data-driven insights and market trends to inform recruitment strategies. Build and manage talent pools for current and future workforce needs.
