As our Website Project Officer, you’ll be at the centre of a major website refresh and CMS rollout, working closely with colleagues to ensure our new site is accurate, accessible, and easy to use. You’ll be involved in everything from content migration and training to launch and ongoing support, helping to empower others and enhance our organisation’s digital presence. Location : BCEO Woolloongabba Work hours : Fulltime | Flexible Working arrangements available Status : Fixed Term | 9 Months | January - September 2026 Salary : $92,570 - $104,607 plus super Ad Close date : 19 January 2026 - applications will be reviewed after closing date Contact : About the opportunity In this position you will : Oversee the migration of website content, carefully checking that information is transferred accurately, is up to date, and meets our organisation’s standards Promote accessibility by reviewing website content and structure, using tools and standards to ensure our sites are inclusive and user‑friendly for everyone Providing administrative support by scheduling, planning and organising activities, allocating tasks, and preparing documents and correspondence. Responding to a range of inquiries in relation to technical, administrative, or operational issues. Develop clear, easy‑to‑follow guides and resources to help users navigate the CMS and manage content independently Contribute to project documentation, including reports and handover materials, to support a smooth transition and ongoing improvement Provide ongoing support after the website goes live, responding promptly to questions and troubleshooting any technical or content‑related problems About you To be successful in this position you will bring relevant contemporary skills and experience including: Providing administrative support to senior staff members. Providing accurate documentation with a high attention to detail. Stakeholder engagement ensuring information flow in a timely and inclusive manner. Providing information to a range of internal and external stakeholders in response to direct queries.
