The Role We’re looking for a motivated, energetic Account Coordinator who is obsessed with hospitality, food and drink culture and is eager to grow their career in PR. You’ll support a portfolio of high-profile clients and campaigns, working across traditional media, events, influencer relations, and content creation. You’ll get exposure to every aspect of agency life — and the autonomy to step up and make your mark. What You’ll Do Work across multiple client accounts, supporting senior staff on day-to-day activity Assist in delivering PR, event and influencer strategies that drive coverage and hype Build genuine relationships with media and creators to secure positive results Manage smaller clients independently (with support as needed) Track, monitor and report on media coverage and competitor activity Draft media releases, invites, social captions and other campaign assets Attend meetings, events and site visits; take notes, prep docs and keep things moving Support guest list management, RSVPs and on-site event logistics Stay plugged into trends in food, drink, lifestyle and pop culture Contribute ideas to brainstorms and team discussions Who You Are You get how media and social work in Australia Proactive, reliable, enthusiastic — you don’t wait to be told twice Solid writing skills with the desire to keep improving Familiar with creating and executing social content and strategies Organised, detail-oriented and capable of juggling multiple tasks Comfortable communicating with media, influencers and stakeholders Trend-obsessed: you know what’s new, what’s next, and why it matters A team player who also thrives working autonomously and taking responsibility What You’ll Get Work with Australia’s most exciting venues, chefs, brands and hospitality groups Office in the heart of Carlton (3 days in, 2 days WFH) Full mobile phone bill covered Access to industry events, tastings and exclusive launches i> A close-knit, supportive team who genuinely champion your development Hands‑on learning with senior leaders who want you to grow fast And yes — you’ll get to eat and drink your way through Melbourne’s newest and best venues , often before everyone else.
