Position Overview We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Full Time and Casual Cert 3 + Diploma Educator Assistants to join our team. As a Cert 3 + Diploma Educator Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our educators and providing exceptional educational experiences for our children. Requirements CPR – HLTAID009 / First Aid – HLTAID012: Required / willing to obtain. Certificate 3 or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care – must be able to supply certificate and transcript. Child Protection Awareness . Working With Children Check: Required. National Police Check: Required, issued within the last two months / willing to obtain. Positive Culture: Ability to inspire, motivate, and maintain a positive environment within our Centre. Engagement: Create and maintain a warm, stimulating environment that fosters strong relationships with children, families, and the local community. Must Drive: Public Transport isn’t the best for open and closing shifts.
