Frontline Aluminium Windows – Bibra Lake WA As a WA Owned Family Business that has been running for almost 50 years, we specialise in providing and manufacturing quality aluminium window and door products. We have steadily grown our delivery, service and advice of these products to the residential, semi-commercial and transportable markets. We continue to strive for these values every day into the future. The person we require in our production team is someone who enjoys a varied work schedule and producing products with the most reliable service. Each day starts at our Bibra Lake factory. This is an important role that starts the whole production teams processes and products. It requires care and attention to the range of products, ensuring the quality of product from factory to client. When not cutting, the role also requires the receiving and preparation of glass and metal deliveries including quality control as well as stock control and auditing. Roles/Responsibilities Read and interpret cutting sheets Optimise cutting list and aluminium Expert ability to calculate dimensions and tolerances using a variety of specialised tools Follow instruction Be able to use manual cutting methods Cut aluminium extrusions with a fair degree of precision Maintain the off cut racks Have great communication skills Take pride in their work Understand the manufacture of the window and door products Loading and unloading orders/products in a safe and timely manner Quality control and inspection of materials/ Tape protection of materials Stock checking orders/ material for future job optimisation Maintaining the cleanliness and orderly operations of the factory Display a strong attention to detail and positive attitude Other tasks as required To be successful you will need Minimum 2 years’ experience in aluminium window industry or carpentry work preferred. Be neat and precise with a high level of attention to detail Excellent organisational and time management skills Self motivated with ability to work in a team environment as well as independently in a fast paced environment Physically fit to be able to carry out the required duties of the role High levels of safety awareness A willingness to learn Enjoy practical and manual activities Forklift licence preferable Dogging ticket preferable Valid driver’s licence Why join our team?
