In this hands‑on role, you will troubleshoot issues, guide users through best practices, and support adoption of low‑code solutions that streamline work and spark innovation. You’ll collaborate across departments, contribute to knowledge sharing, and help shape a secure, user‑friendly digital environment. If you’ve got solid experience supporting Microsoft 365, a knack for translating tech into plain language, and curiosity about how Forms and Power Apps can transform everyday processes—we’d love to hear from you. About You At least 3 years experience with the following: Finance / HR / ERP systems, POS systems, CMS / CRM Intermediate experience in Microsoft Forms, Power Automate and Power Apps Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines with a high level of accuracy and attention to details Exceptional conceptual ability, skills in analysis and problem solving Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook Current drivers licence to travel to PCYC Youth Clubs as required, eligible to obtain RDA if required Note: Working With Children Check (Blue Card) No Card, No Start and Restricted Person legislation applies.
