More about you – Assistant Store Manager As a key member of the management team, you will support the Store Manager with daily business operations. Bring confidence, energy and passion for customer service to inspire your team Major Goals. Key Responsibilities Assist and support the Store Manager across all aspects of store management processes. Store Administration. Training & coaching of new team members. Effectively delegating and managing the team. Leadership and guidance to the team. Maintaining a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing storefront. Ensuring the store environment complies with health and safety regulations. Monitoring and maintaining suitable store inventory levels. Delivering energetic customer service with a proven sales growth mindset. Providing regular assistance to customers and resolving queries in a timely and professional manner. Qualifications Strong leadership skills with the ability to connect positively with both customers and team. Excellent communication and organizational skills..*> applied?
