Job description

Our client is a highly-regarded, award-winning corporation, operating the overall governance and commercial investments across multiple large-scale project developments that directly add significant value and positive growth to our community.

This is a parental leave, 12-month contract, to start this July, with a hybrid working from home on offer.

This role will report to the CEO and be responsible for the overall People, Culture & Safety Strategy, leading a team of P&C specialists including Safety. You will work collaboratively with C-Suite and the Board, on the design and execution of the People, Culture & Safety strategic plan, which will involve driving organisational workplace culture initiatives that align with business objectives.
