We’re looking for a motivated and energetic Personal Trainer / Receptionist to join our growing team. This hybrid role offers the best of both worlds — the opportunity to build your own personal training business while also working front‑of‑house shifts to connect with members, grow relationships, and support the daily operations of the club. What You’ll Do Deliver engaging 1-on-1 and small group training sessions Build and manage your own client base with in-club marketing support Create strong member connections to drive growth and retention Be part of a dynamic, supportive, and high-performing PT team Welcome and assist members and guests in a friendly, professional manner Manage member inquiries and general reception duties Support gym operations and ensure a welcoming club atmosphere Assist with lead generation and member engagement initiatives What You’ll Need Certificate III & IV in Fitness (or currently completing) CPR & First Aid, Public Liability Insurance, and ABN Strong communication and interpersonal skills A professional, customer-focused approach A genuine passion for fitness and helping others achieve results Still Studying?
