Parts Interpreter

Tumut Toyota is seeking an experienced Parts Interpreter to join our automotive business in Tumut, NSW. As a Parts Interpreter, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and that our workshop operations run smoothly. Key Responsibilities Providing expert advice and assistance to customers on the correct parts and accessories for their vehicles Processing orders and liaising with our supplier network to source and deliver parts in a timely manner Maintaining detailed inventory records and stock control procedures Providing support to the workshop team to ensure they have the necessary parts and equipment Assisting with the receipt, storage and organisation of incoming parts deliveries Promoting additional products and services to customers to enhance their experience What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Parts Interpreter or similar role in the automotive industry Strong product knowledge and the ability to quickly identify and source the correct parts Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide friendly, knowledgeable advice Strong attention to detail and numerical skills to maintain accurate inventory records A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work collaboratively A current driver’s licence and the flexibility to work in a fast-paced retail environment What We Offer At Tumut Toyota, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
