About the role As our Assistant Store Manager to our Pacific Fair Store, you will be the right‑hand superstar to our Store Manager. Your role will include supporting the Store Manager in leading the retail team to excellence and embodying the empowering culture at Arms Of Eve. The Assistant Store Manager will also be responsible for creating a positive and engaging shopping environment, driving sales, managing client relationships and overseeing retail operations. You'll achieve this through supporting the Store Manager in training and developing a high‑performance team that strives for success. Key responsibilities Customer Service Excellence: Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a warm, memorable in‑store experience. Brand Ambassador: Build and nurture relationships with customers, embodying and promoting our brand spirit to cultivate a loyal customer base. Sales and Performance: Support the Store Manager in driving sales and exceeding targets. Inventory Management: Support the Store Manager with inventory levels and replenishment processes to ensure the store remains well‑stocked and visually appealing. Visual Merchandising: Support the Store Manager in ensuring that visual merchandising standards and directives are consistently implemented and maintained. Store Operations: Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling and administrative tasks. Loss Prevention: Monitor store activities to prevent and address potential loss or theft. Customer Feedback: Collect and analyse customer feedback to refine product offerings and enhance overall service quality.
