About the Role As a Delivery Lead in our AI & CCT Platform you’ll guide the delivery of high-impact initiatives that align with strategic priorities. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless execution, clear communication and sustainable delivery rhythms. Ideally you will have previous exposure to AI and a genuine passion to work within this exciting space. What You’ll Do Lead the delivery of medium‑to‑large initiatives (typically $5M–$10M) ensuring alignment with time, cost and quality expectations. Draft high‑impact executive communications including board papers, leadership updates and strategic memos that inform and influence senior stakeholders. Translate complex technical and operational content into clear, compelling narratives that drive understanding and alignment. Coordinate planning, risk management and progress tracking to maintain delivery confidence and transparency. Provide guidance to Scrum Masters and delivery teams fostering collaboration and consistent delivery outcomes. Act as a delegate for the Portfolio Lead when required, ensuring continuity of leadership and stakeholder engagement. What You’ll Bring Proven experience leading complex delivery initiatives in large‑scale or financial services environments. Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders through clear strategic messaging. Previous exposure to AI with a genuine passion for this area. Expertise in structured problem‑solving and the ability to simplify complexity for diverse audiences. Confidence in Agile and scaled Agile delivery frameworks, with experience in cross‑functional matrixed teams. Financial acumen to manage budgets, forecasts and benefit realisation across portfolios.
