About the Role We are seeking two dynamic part‑time teachers (or one full‑time teacher) to join our teams located at our Cooks Hill and Argenton campuses. In these roles you'll deliver engaging and flexible programs tailored to students with diverse learning needs. Please note: These roles are both on a Fixed Term Part Time basis until 18th December 2026. Responsibilities Design and deliver lessons that meet curriculum outcomes and engage diverse learners Build strong relationships with students through person‑centred approaches Participate in school activities including orientation excursions and graduation Contribute to curriculum development and implement alternative learning strategies Support student wellbeing through trauma‑informed practices Maintain safe inclusive and supportive classroom environments Collaborate in staff meetings and access professional development opportunities Embed wellbeing into every aspect of your teaching practice Teach core curriculum content in creative and practical ways Qualifications Bachelor or Diploma of Education NESA Accreditation (Conditional Provisional or Proficient) Valid Working With Children Check & willingness to obtain National Police Check Child Protection Training (or willingness to complete) Current Driver's Licence Adaptability, compassion and a commitment to inclusive education Enthusiasm for working in flexible wellbeing‑focused settings Perks & Benefits Competitive salary aligned to experience Salary packaging available for permanent/fixed term employees (up to $15,899 tax‑free per FBT year) Wellbeing leave: 2 Mental Health Days, 1 Board Bonus Day & your Birthday off 10 days of paid Family and Domestic Violence Leave Paid Parental and Adoption Leave (with top‑up options) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Fitness Passport access Flu Vaccination reimbursement (seasonal) Ongoing mentoring and professional development Application Process To apply click the Apply Now button or email your resume and cover letter to.
