Compliance Audit Lead

Responsibilities Plan and schedule all compliance-related audit work within the designated timeframe for prioritised sites across Australia. Manage logistics associated with travel to and from sites. Manage contractors to undertake specific site compliance audit work. Ensure compliance auditing, verification and testing is completed and remediation work is undertaken when identified within guidelines. Complete any post-trip documentation required. Key Duties Draft, review, update and maintain documentation in collaboration with the Project Lead DMS. Finalise and confirm schedules of works, identify current audit programme information, provide contractor access, and document all updates in EAMS. Maintain and adjust work schedules to address day-to-day changes such as adverse weather or resource unavailability, re-assigning and re-planning work as necessary. Assign and coordinate resources on site to perform audits and collate relevant information. Coordinate outages of equipment and obtain security access to sites. Engage with stakeholders to keep staff informed of business impacts and equipment outages. Ensure site works specification documents are complete and available before commencement. Coordinate collection of site data and work specifications; retrieve, assess, and approve site information via the DMS workflow. Obtain site access and approvals from landowners or authorities; address environmental, building, and permit requirements. Capture all work-orders in EAMS. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, representing the Bureau professionally. Travel regularly by air, sea, and road; field work may require working outside normal business hours and weekends, with overtime and other allowances. Comply with all Bureau work, health and safety policies and procedures. Eligibility The successful applicant must hold a minimum of a restricted elected licence (REL).
