About the Role Working in our team as a Retail Buyer, your day will involve: Inspecting and valuing trade-ins and vehicle purchases Engaging with customers and private sellers Collaborating with the sales and service departmentsUsing tech tools and apps for fast, accurate valuations Managing stock acquisition to match demand Meeting (and smashing) monthly KPIs. What You’ll Need Manual Driver’s Licence Strong attention to detail (inspections, paperwork, vehicle history) Comfortable using mobile tech and valuation apps Team player who’s also self-driven Customer-first mindset with a hunger to succeed Strong decision-making skills Previous automotive or general sales experience is ideal Mechanics looking to transition off the tools, or vehicle assessors with a background in panel beating seeking a change of pace, are encouraged to apply Sounds like you?
