Senior Water Servicing Coordinator

Senior Water Servicing Coordinator (Engineer) Stantec is seeking an experienced Senior Water Servicing Coordinator to join our team in New South Wales. This role can be based in either Sydney or Wollongong and offers flexible work arrangements. Reporting to the Utilities and WSC lead, you will be responsible for working on major Sydney Water developer works projects pertaining to the design of Sydney Water infrastructure for major transport, and community development projects. Our approach to community development consulting covers master planned communities, mixed-use developments, parks, recreation facilities, and streetscapes. The senior staff are hands-on with delivering projects, however, allow employees opportunities to gain more responsibility and more ownership/autonomy over their work. This role can be based in either Sydney or Wollongong and offers flexible work arrangements. Day To Day Tasks Would Involve Working with Sydney Waters Hydra and E-Developer system Working on projects from Application to Project Completion Working with clients to design innovative solutions to meet their needs and community expectations Data analysis, interpretation and assessment to achieve project goals Design coordination and submission of proposals ensuring relevant timeframes and budgets are met Attendance at project/client meetings and engaging in community consultation Undertaking field work and site inspections Qualifications Demonstrated at least 5 years' experience within a Water Servicing Coordinator role A demonstrated design background Previous experience in project management on Sydney Water projects Strong understanding of Sydney Water policies and procedures Previous experience with relevant computing packages including AutoCAD, and MS packages (Excel, Word, Project) Exceptional written and verbal communication skills What We Offer Flexible Working Arrangements including purchasing up to 4 weeks additional leave and provision for school term contracts, job sharing and part time employment Learning and Talent Development Programs including Global programmes, online learning and on-the-job learning Ability to work from St Leonards or Wollongong office as well as working from home Mentoring for your own development and the opportunity to mentor others Professional Memberships Salary Continuance Insurance (SCI) Mental Health and Wellbeing Programs Service Recognition Awards Employee Assistance Program About Stantec The Stantec community unites approximately 31,000 employees working in over 450 locations across six continents.
