With growth in our Carpentry Division, we’re looking for a hands‑on Project Manager who loves getting things done—safely, on time and on budget. The role You’ll take end‑to‑end ownership of multiple carpentry projects—from scopes and pricing through to delivery, defects and handover. You’ll coordinate trades, suppliers and subcontractors, manage client communications, and keep a tight grip on cost, quality and safety. Day‑to‑day, you will: Plan, program and deliver concurrent carpentry projects (repairs, small works, refurbishments, fit‑outs and insurance rectification). Prepare scopes, estimates, quotes and variations; track budgets, cost codes and margins. Lead site kick‑offs, toolbox talks and quality inspections; drive zero‑harm culture. Coordinate RTL carpenters and licensed subcontractors; procure materials and hire equipment. Maintain client relationships (Body Corporate, Strata, Insurance, Commercial) with proactive updates and clean documentation. Ensure compliance with QBCC, relevant Australian Standards and site‑specific inductions/CM3. Close out jobs with thorough QA packs, O&M manuals and timely invoicing. What you’ll bring Proven experience as a Project Manager or Site Supervisor in carpentry/building. Trade qualification in Carpentry (or Construction Management) and QBCC knowledge. Strong commercial acumen—comfortable with estimates, schedules, cost control and variations. Excellent stakeholder management and written communication. Solid WHS/QA discipline and a solutions mindset. Competence with job management software (e.g. Simpro or similar), MS Office, and digital site reporting.
