Rehabilitation Consultant – Psychologist

Join our team as a Rehabilitation Consultant – Psychologist / Rehabilitation Counsellor at APM’s Konekt division. Deliver workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions that enable individuals and organisations to achieve their potential. About the role In this role you will support clients returning to work and life through Insurance Schemes, Employment Services and Disability Employment Services. You will minimise the impact of injuries, illness and disability through delivery of prevention, rehabilitation and training services. You will provide brief evidence‑based interventions and counselling to job seekers and injured workers to improve mental health and wellbeing and promote recovery. You will undertake a range of vocational and psychological assessments to assist in determining vocational needs, psychological capabilities and overall functioning to inform and support return to work facilitation. Responsibilities Make a real impact in the lives of those who have sustained psychological injuries at work or may be facing personal challenges at home or in the community. Use your clinical expertise and skills to support your clients’ journey as they return to work and life through Insurance Schemes, Employment Services and Disability Employment Services. Qualifications Professional registration with AHPRA, ASORC. Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field. Current Working with Children Check.
