We’re excited to announce that Kresta Blinds is looking for a Showroom Consultant to join our dynamic team in Camberwell As one of Australia’s leading brands in window furnishings, we pride ourselves on quality, service, and creating a seamless experience for every customer. If you enjoy a blend of customer service, administration, and interior styling — this role is for you What You’ll Do: Assist walk‑in & phone customers with product advice and selections Support on‑road sales reps by managing diaries & booking in‑home consultations Provide rough quotes and ensure clear communication Keep the showroom looking fantastic with updated displays Work closely with our service and scheduling departments What We’re Looking For: Customer‑focused with great communication skills Strong admin, organisation & time‑management abilities Retail or admin experience (interior design/window furnishings is a bonus) Proactive, well‑presented, and eager to learn A team player with a positive, solutions‑driven mindset What We Offer: Full training on products & systems Supportive, friendly team culture Work‑life balance — no work taken home Performance bonuses for lead bookings This is an entry‑level role — we’re looking for attitude, values, and willingness to grow.
