About the Opportunity In this rewarding position, you will facilitate supervised contact between children and their families, helping to strengthen relationships and improve parenting skills. You’ll provide practical support, advocacy, and guidance to families, working closely with Territory Families and other stakeholders. Your work will include risk assessment, case support, documentation, and contributing to service improvement initiatives. Flexibility in working hours, including occasional out‑of‑hours work, is required. What You’ll Bring: Qualifications in Human/Community Services, and experience within the human services sector. Knowledge of child protection, domestic and family violence, and strengths‑based approaches. Strong communication, time management, and teamwork skills.
