Responsibilities Design & build Oracle Databases Oracle standalone Oracle RAC Oracle ADG Golden Gate is added advantage Design & build MySQL / PostgreSQL Databases Standalone Master Slave configuration / DR setup Design & build Microsoft SQL Databases Standalone AlwaysOn Replication or Logshipping Oracle Enterprise Manager Ops Centre knowledge Develop and maintain system documentation related to the database configuration Perform Patch & release management Perform performance trend analysis and manage the server/network capacity React to potential problems using automation, scheduling, and monitoring tools -- escalating to management where appropriate Participate in configuration and implement technical solutions to enhance and/or troubleshoot the system Knowledge of following Operating System environments Redhat/Oracle Linux IBM AIX Oracle Solaris Windows Servers Interpersonal Skills Proven ability to deliver results as required within specific time frames. Ability to work within a team in a cross cultural environment. Ability to work after hours. Qualifications And Experience 5 - 7 years of experience as Database Admin on Oracle, MySQL, Microsoft SQL.
