Supply Officer – Part Time Fosterville Gold Mine invites suitably qualified and experienced individuals for the Part Time position of Supply Officer . The primary purpose of this position is to ensure the smooth flow of goods within our supply chain by maintaining accurate inventory records through to providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for upholding the highest standards of efficiency and organisation within our warehouse. Responsibilities Oversee safe and efficient warehouse loading, unloading, and goods movement Keep accurate, up‑to‑date records of inventory, receipts, picking and shipments Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders Maintain a well‑organised warehouse with proper storage and safety practices Manage inventory accurately, ensuring items are tracked, stored, and retrieved efficiently Part‑time schedule: average 24 hours per week . The initial roster will be Mon‑Wed (week 1); Wed‑Fri (week 2), with roster flexibility to accommodate the right candidate. A competitive salary will be offered commensurate with the successful applicant’s qualifications, knowledge and experience. Qualifications Current Driver’s License (Manual) Experience in a supply officer role or similar A strong commitment to safe work practices High level of customer service skills Focused on teamwork working within a small team environment Additional Skills and Attributes High attention to detail to maintain inventory accuracy and operational efficiency Clear communication for seamless teamwork collaboration and customer service Ability to identify and resolve issues proactively to keep operations running smoothly Knowledgeable of warehouse and inventory procedures (within the mining industry is a bonus) Accuracy whilst completing data entry to ensure up‑to‑date records Next Steps The recruitment process takes into consideration your alignment to the role and our company values.
