The ideal candidate will have a strong background in either Project Management or Quantity Surveying, with proven leadership and client engagement experience. Key Responsibilities Lead and grow TCubed Consulting’s presence in Queensland, fostering relationships with key clients and industry partners. Oversee project delivery to ensure high-quality outcomes aligned with TCubed Consulting’s standards. Drive new business development and identify strategic opportunities within the region. Manage and mentor team members, supporting professional growth and collaboration. Contribute to company-wide leadership and business planning initiatives. About You 10+ years’ experience in project management or quantity surveying within the property or infrastructure sectors. Strong leadership, commercial, and client relationship skills. Demonstrated capability in team management and project delivery oversight. Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning abilities. Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction, quantity surveying, or project management.
