Demonstrated experience as a system administrator for medium to large scale ICT systems. Demonstrated experience as a network and systems technician on medium to large scale projects. Demonstrated experience in Windows operating system including Active Directory Management. Demonstrated experience with current networking technologies, including hands on experience with configuration of a wide range of network appliances including HAIPE devices. Demonstrated experience with configuration management, software management, ICT system roll out, cabling/Wiring and computer server/networking hardware. High-level verbal and written communication skills. Experience with hyper-converged infrastructure, converged infrastructure, VMWare virtualisation Experience with Linux operating system. Experience with virtual desktop infrastructures and monitoring. Agile development methods and tools such as SCRUM with JIRA. Hold vendor certifications (Cisco, Citrix, VMware, Microsoft, Linux, Fortigate/Palo-alto/F5) Australian government and/or Defence experience.
