As a Contact Centre Officer, you will play a crucial role in contributing to the delivery of high-quality, efficient, and customer-focused service within our Customer Experience team. Key Responsibilities: Consistently deliver a high quality, efficient and accurate service to internal and external customers over the phone, web or email. Take ownership of customer enquiries, using online resources, training and experience to overcome challenges and solve problems. Actively contribute to a positive team culture and building good relationships with other departments. Achieve set key performance indicators. Demonstrate a commitment to a customer-focused culture and uphold a professional image in all interactions with the community. We have multiple casual roles available. Casual salary is $46.26 per hour, which includes 25% casual loading in lieu of annual and sick leave, plus superannuation. In order to complete training, the successful candidate will be required to work full‑time from our Lilydale Civic Centre for the first 8 weeks. Experience and skills we’re looking for Previous experience in customer service or contact centre is highly desirable. You enjoy a fast‑paced phone environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with a diverse range of community members. Able to quickly navigate through a variety of different computer systems. You are highly motivated and naturally inquisitive. You delight in building rapport with a diverse range of customers. Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
