About the Roles Early Childhood Teacher In this role, you will: Deliver high-quality, play-based programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) Create intentional teaching experiences that support children’s learning and wellbeing Maintain a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment Build strong partnerships with children, families, and colleagues Lead documentation, assessments, and planning cycles Contribute to the centre’s success in meeting NQS and Busy Bees standards Bring initiative, leadership, and a commitment to professional growth Full-Time Educator In this role, you will: Support the delivery of high-quality, play-based programs aligned with the EYLF Build warm, responsive relationships with children and families Contribute to documentation, observations, and daily routines Maintain a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment Collaborate with a supportive team of educators Bring adaptability, reliability, and passion for early learning What You’ll Need Early Childhood Teacher Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-approved) or equivalent Valid NSW Working with Children Check (Employee) Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS Excellent communication and teamwork skills Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved) Valid NSW Working with Children Check (Employee) Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Understanding of EYLF and NQS Strong interpersonal and organisational skills Both roles offer: Hourly Rate: Early Childhood Teacher: $41.83–$57.87 Up to 50% childcare discount permanent staff Laundry allowance Access to the Busy Bees Learning Platform Ongoing training, professional development, and career progression pathways Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Opportunities to grow within a global early-learning organisation Why Join Busy Bees at Lane Cove?
