The Role We’re looking for a Casual or Part Time Receptionist to join our teams at both DIA Tugun and Southport, working across the two locations as required. This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced team member to work 2 days per week (Wednesday & Friday). You’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, welcoming them with warmth and managing the front desk to ensure every visit starts on a positive note. You’ll be joining a supportive and passionate team of dental assistants, receptionists, and specialists who love helping people look and feel their best. This role also offers flexibility to pick up additional shifts across the Coastal Dental Care network if you’d like, giving you the chance to broaden your experience and support other practices. About You We’re looking for someone ready to bring their skills and passion for patient care. You’ll have : Experience as a Dental Receptionist (essential) Proficiency working with Dental 4 Windows (advantage) Strong attention to detail, particularly with infection control protocols. A confident energetic approach with the ability to build trust with patients. Passion for delivering the best care to our growing patient base.
