About the role We are seeking a Technical Talent Acquisition Partner to deliver end‑to‑end recruitment strategies that secure exceptional talent. In this role, you will partner with leaders to forecast hiring needs, build strong technical pipelines and create a candidate experience that reflects our values. Responsibilities Partner with leaders on workforce planning and capability needs Develop targeted sourcing strategies for technical and hard‑to‑fill roles Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing to onboarding Provide market insights, benchmarking, and competitor intelligence Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, supporting interview and selection capability Champion an inclusive and seamless candidate experience Contribute to employer branding and EVP initiatives Support ATS implementation and recruitment reporting Ensure compliance with workplace legislation and company policies Experience and skills 3+ years of in‑house talent acquisition experience specialising in hiring engineers and technical roles.
