The organisation manages asubstantial and diversified commercial property portfolio of approximately 120,000 m² , spanningCBD, metropolitan and regional locations . This is a privately held business with along-term investment horizon , a lean structure, and direct access to decision-makers — offering an environment where senior leaders can have genuine influence and autonomy. The Opportunity An opportunity has arisen for an experiencedHead of Property to take responsibility for the strategic and operational oversight of the commercial portfolio. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role combineshands‑on property leadership with people management and commercial decision‑making. You will lead a small, capable team while remaining closely involved in leasing, facilities, development, and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities End‑to‑end leadership of a diverse commercial property portfolio Lease negotiations and tenant relationship management Liaison with external legal advisors and compliance with relevant legislation Oversight of facilities management, technical matters, and maintenance programs Delivery of refurbishment and development projects, including budgeting and reporting Close collaboration with the Finance function on forecasting and capital planning Active engagement with the property market to remain current on rental and asset values Oversight of property systems and data (FMX experience advantageous) About You Proven experience in asenior property leadership role within a commercial or investment environment Strong commercial judgement with the ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels Confident people leader experienced in managing small, professional teams Well‑established property industry network and market knowledge High level of computer literacy and comfort with property management systems Real estate licencenot essential , but regarded as an advantage Unlock job insights Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
