Base pay range A$250,000.00/yr - A$270,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from White Bay Key Responsibilities Act as a national ambassador, nurturing client relationships and representing the Water Infrastructure team across state and sector lines. Develop and lead business development strategies, pursuit plans, and market expansion initiatives. Build strong, multi-disciplinary alliances with internal stakeholders and industry partners. Provide technical leadership and foster a culture of collaboration, sustainability, and innovation. Lead recruitment and capability growth within the water team nationally. Manage and mentor direct reports, promoting career development and performance excellence. Oversee major project bids, including contract negotiations and risk assessments. Act as Project Director on high-value infrastructure projects, ensuring seamless delivery and client satisfaction. Support budget achievement and implement best‑practice project governance systems. Drive alignment with company values, including sustainability and corporate social responsibility initiatives. Desired Skills and Attributes Proven leadership in the water infrastructure or related sectors. Strong technical acumen across civil and structural disciplines. Exceptional business development and stakeholder engagement abilities. Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence at a national level.
