About the Role You’ll develop clinical skills across NDIS and community practice, supporting participants aged 6‑65 years in the following areas: Language Mealtimes & feeding Dysphagia Aphasia AAC This is a community‑based role delivering participant‑led, functional therapy in real‑world environments. Your Day‑to‑Day Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans. Deliver therapy across homes, day centres, parks and clinic rooms. Collaborate with a supportive multidisciplinary team. Build long‑term relationships and see the real impact of your work. Our Graduate Program – How We Back You We believe graduates thrive when support is structured, visible and consistent. You’ll Receive A graduate‑specific induction week covering NDIS, community practice and life at Better Rehab. A buddy from the previous graduate cohort. 1:1 discipline‑specific supervision supporting clinical growth and your transition to full‑time work. 6 months of structured induction, training and upskilling. 4 paid study leave days per calendar year. Laptop, phone and fully resourced therapy kits at every site. Flexibility & Rewards Better Flex Policy – flexible hours and the ability to flex off once client work is complete. Clear, realistic KPIs – achievable and sustainable monthly targets. Better Rewards Program – bonus pay, extra leave, PD, tech or experiences. You’re a Graduate Speech Pathologist Who Has a genuine passion for supporting people with disability. Gets restless when you see room for improvement and isn’t afraid to speak up. Treats participant goals like personal missions, not checkboxes. You Will Also Have A tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology (graduating in 2025 or January 2026). A valid driver’s licence and access to a personal vehicle. NDIS Worker Check, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
