Territory Manager – Aged Care & Mobility Equipment Our client is a respected Australian‑owned manufacturer of premium healthcare and aged care equipment. Following continued national growth, they are seeking a driven Territory Manager to oversee the Sydney South and NSW South region. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable, expanding organisation with genuine long‑term career prospects. Role Overview This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated sales professional to represent a market‑leading portfolio across the Aged Care, Community and emerging Hospital sectors. Working closely with dealers, clinicians and end‑users, you will deliver high‑quality sales and clinical support across a portfolio that includes beds, mattresses, seating, rehab equipment and complex mobility solutions. You will manage a well‑established territory with strong warm leads while also driving new business growth across Aged Care facilities, hospitals and community channels. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow sales within the Sydney South & NSW South territory Build strong relationships with clinicians, procurement teams, OTs, nurses and aged care decision‑makers Provide product demonstrations, training and clinical support Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sustainable growth Become a product expert and trusted advisor across the equipment portfolio About You Experience in medical or healthcare sales is ideal; however, a strong attitude, motivation and willingness to learn are equally valued Confident engaging with clinicians—including nurses, occupational therapists and aged care professionals Passionate, proactive and driven, with a genuine desire to improve patient care through quality equipment Strong understanding of the aged care sector and relevant product categories Tertiary qualifications in Health Sciences, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Nursing or Science are highly desirable What's on Offer Competitive remuneration package aligned with experience Comprehensive onboarding, product training and ongoing support Opportunity to build a long‑term career with a growing Australian healthcare manufacturer How to Apply To discuss this role in confidence, please forward your CV to James McCune, Associate Director, at #J-18808-Ljbffr
