You will nurture children's development, support planning and documentation, and build strong partnerships with families and your colleagues. What you bring: Certificate III or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care(or ACECQA-approved equivalent), completed beforeOctober 2025 CurrentFirst Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training, plus a validBlue Card (Working with Children Check) Ideally, 12 months of full-time work experience in a similar setting Enthusiasm for fostering children's growth and creating safe, inclusive environments Confidence in partnering with families and working effectively in a team A positive, can-do attitude to the role that always strives to go above and beyond for the children and families you care for daily.
