Combined with our sister-store, Subculture, and our very own Ripcurl in Busselton, we provide our down south community with an iconic shopping experience and access to all the gear, all the year About the role: As an Assistant Manager, you will demonstrate a high level of enthusiasm and passion for retail operations and the leadership of an awesome crew in a fast-paced retail environment. You will support our team to provide outstanding customer experiences and achieve business outcomes across the HILLZEEZ Surf Store, Subculture Store and Ripcurl Store in Busselton. You will collaborate with a co-Assistant Manager and the Stores Manager to drive team performance in customer service, stock merchandising, inventory management, product knowledge and overall HILLZEEZ VIBE This role will involve some weekend and public holiday work. This role is responsible for: Assisting in the leadership of our retail operations team in Busselton, WA Setting the example of how to provide an outstanding customer experience instore, and supporting the team to deliver this themselves Assisting with onboarding and training of new team members Merchandising stock instore, in alignment with business standards Driving compliance with business processes and identifying opportunities for greater efficiency Ideal candidate will have: A passion for our down south community Enthusiasm for surf and skate products Previous leadership experience in a fast-paced retail environment Ability to drive results and meet business KPIs instore Competent skills in the use of the MS Office Suit What's in it for you?
